Okay! Now this sounds SINFUL ;),it's 'meant' to sound so :D.
Day 5 it is and today it's about something I would not have written otherwise had it not been a part of this 'blogging' challenge :P. Some things are better left unsaid :P, they are,but anyhow here I am with all those inner fantasies that I do derive 'pleasure' in although it makes me feel a bit guilty ;)
Well there are these 3 things that make me go gaga whenever I see them or get hold of them...
1. A Royal Enfield :D
Yes yes,you got it right. And not any royal enfield that I see makes me drool, but the one exactly shown above makes me feel absolutely crazy! A military green one seated Royal Enfield ;) I know it does not go well with the 'stereotypical notion' that the world holds of a fragile girl, although I do not befit any of the two categories :P but how do I care? I so want to own it and go on an isolated travel around the country (which is my dream). So yes, this is the hot shot and the foremost 'guilty pleasure' I have.
2.Cottage Cheese
Belonging to a pure Punjabi household what more can one ask for, rather than a homemade mummy ke haathon kaPaneer :D.(especially when your mom's the best cook in the world) I really go bananas seeing paneer,it instantaneously hits my food chord and adds an extra potbelly to me,so much so that I can never get over it.
3.Men with 'Stubble'(Specifically Arjun Kapoor)
My heart goes out to men with a bearded look ;). As I just mentioned in specific Arjun (my new found crush :P) turns me ticklish pink whenever I see him on celluloid. Stubble does serve as a big turn on for me,it adds to the look making men look 'manly'(P.S Especially for those who dislike chocolate boy looks like me). Cherry to the cake is when they have not just charismatic looks but a flabbergasting personality. Chivalry completes it all. They definitely are on the hit list of my 'guilty pleasure's' ;) and are purely an eye candy! (so now you know what to do to flatter me ;)
I am glad I've come to an end of this post. Humph! This was embarrassing, but yeah fun for sure.
I am waiting for you guys to share yours too. #Guilt #Pleasure #Fun #Writeon
Childhood :) that memorable phase of a person's life that always brings flashbacks of some sweet and sour memories, the former being more for sure. This challenge has come to it's fourth day,but I am glad it's giving me an opportunity to dig into what I might have left behind in my head,to walk down that beautiful memory lane and to remember those wonderful childhood days that I had been subjected to 'once upon a time' :')
I am happy and feel myself to be lucky enough to have had a very colorful childhood,a one that many of us don't get and a one that I would love everyone to experience once in there life's.This post demanded my earliest childhood 'memory' but I could not resist myself from putting an apostrophe 's' to it :). As and when I hear someone say childhood certain vivid and fond memories that I always get instantaneously are the one's that I am going to share.Let's see whats in store...
For me it just begins and ends on two words, which are...
Family and Friendships
I don't know of others but these two were enough for me to make my childhood worthid :) Holding the hand of my mom and dad while I was learning to walk straight, sitting on my grandpa's shoulders and going to the market to buy a new toy, listening to folk tales and mythological stories from my grandma, dancing on the bed with my sister, baby sitting my younger brother, waiting for my summer vacation so that I could visit my maternal grandparents and having the time of my life with my uncles, aunts and cousins (who mean the world to me) summed it all up :)
To read comics(yes I belonged to the 90's :P) and fairy tales,to go out and play all the time that I had after finishing my homework and to wait for the light to go off so that mummy allows me one more time to see my friend next door ;) (we didn't have any inverters that time :D and I am glad we didn't). Those little things that made me happy and that sadly don't exist anymore in this comfortable world so to say made my childhood colorful :). 'Free time' that these days means going onto social networking sites and writing on your friends 'walls' rather than climbing one ;) meant just letting your gates of imagination being left open for superman's, mickey mouses and Donald duck's to enter :)
Happiness was not getting an 'i pad' or a 'PS2' but a...
Yes,those were the childhood day's :') that still tickle a tear down my cheek...

"They say I am a Dreamer, but I am not the only One"
Day 3,and it's all about defining your 'business name',defining what do you stand for and why this and not anything else?
It's been quite a while since I've started penning down my feelings, trying to give them a suitable expression and if you really have been consistent with all my blog posts then you definitely know what am I talking about, rather what I've always been talking about :) 'DREAMS'. Dreams are that one thing that have always kept me going. They instill in me a spark to get up the next morning and work towards them. Ever since I've blogged this blog name has been there and as it's rightly said 'There's a reason behind every story' and I have a little story about how this blog got it's name. Here is how it goes...
I had always been 'labelled' as 'ambitious',as the one who not only dreamt but tried and follow them to whichever end they may lead. But I realized that I am not one of a kind, there's more to it.That day the only thought that struck me was...
I really hoped and wished that a day may come when everybody strove for there dreams, made sure that they really happened and decided to settle for nothing less.Because...
They really can. That is how I thought of writing a blog that is purely devoted to 'dreams'.
To refute the misconception that dreamers can just 'dream' and have no link with reality.Trust me at one point it doesn't matter what people say,it doesn't matter how long it takes, believe in yourself and your flying high,it only matters how true you are,be true to yourself and follow your heart.I found this platform totally apt to put my thought across to all those dreamers who have it in them but haven't been able to bring it in front of the world with the fear of being subjected to moralizing of people. It's not at all required.Dreams do have a world of there own but that world is not to be scared of but to be experienced because it's beautiful.Let it collide with the reality and it's colors spill over the canvas of 'this' world to make it brighter, merrier and a place to be in.Believe me...
So just walk towards it,and there will be no looking back :)
The second day it is,and it speaks of "20 Random Facts" about myself. Why would anybody be interested to know that? :p That's exactly what I thought when I saw this. But eventually I realized that its all a learning experience. It's not really writing about 'yourself' that matters but reading about it so as to introspect that matters more.So here I am with 20 random things about myself, that even many of my good friends or family yet don't know :P (Believe me some of them were new to me too when I read it later ;) #Fact 1 I am really passionate about certain things in life the first and foremost being 'Psychology' :D (I know people hold various preconceived notions of it :P but that's okay) #Fact 2 I love 'exploring' new things, places, cuisines and most importantly people :) (The reason I took psychology as a career option) #Fact 3 I appear very strong and stern from outside (Which I AM all of the time :p) but yet I have a baby's heart, that many of my close ones don't know.(I don't like showing that side of me to anyone :/) #Fact 4 The saying, 'Like a Boss' works for me in the sense, 'I am the boss'(P.S I like bossing around only when with my family or best friends at certain times > Born to Rule ^_^) #Fact 5 I was BORN to be a 'Tomboy' :D(though I've turned a lil girly now,at least I try to :P),which puts my mom in a crux all the time when I try and be girly saying 'Tenu tan munda hona chahida c' ;) #Fact 6 I've always been a little 'writer' inside :) though I hadn't explored that side of me until I started blogging! (No wonder this interests me so much) #Fact 7 I am such a bad listener :/ (not because I don't like hearing people, but because I myself have so much to say all the time :D) #Fact 8 I am a Taurian (very proudly ;) ,so I am sure you can make out the 'temper' issues :P #Fact 9 I have a creative bend in my mind :) (p.s I love expressing myself through my paintings and sketches, that's all you'll find me doing in my free time :) #Fact 10 I am a 'Day Person' :P (I know it's a little 'offbeat' when we talk of the 21st century but yet I like it that way, 10:30 pm at night and I'll doze off :P) #Fact 11 I believe in the 'hard way' more than the 'smart way', not that I don't use the latter but just that I feel the former works all the time irrespective of the time and situation than the latter :) #Fact 12 I am such a 'rebel' when it comes to standing for what I believe in.(WRONG is one thing I can't stand :| I feel it's very un-cool) #Fact 13'Unconventional' is what I like :) be it clothes, career or any such thing. (to follow what you stand for,be yourself,be original) #Fact 14 Despite of being a girl I hate 'Pink','Chocolates' or being 'Decked-up every time you go out' (I know strange :P) #Fact 15 My dream ride is a military green mat finished one seater Royal Enfield :D and not an SUV ;) (I'v driven one :D) #Fact 16 I am 'Single' :P and that too 'Happily', by 'Choice' :D (Baby good morning, baby good night :| bleh! that's the last thing I would like to do :/ such a waste of time) #Fact 17 'Ambitious',I am. I like being driven towards my goal :) to strive for excellence and not success ;) (Credits:3 Idiots) #Fact 18 I can go gaga over Arjun Kapoor all the time :D (ah! I drool whenever I see him) #Fact 19 'Change is the law of nature' but I like defying it when it comes to friends :) (I like consistency and life long friendships :) #Fact 20 And,finally I've come to the end.Phew! This took time.I know this is weird but I have lost 60 kg to myself without a gym :P *runs off saying this*
So that was it :) for now,I hope you guys found it fun,I am waiting to read yours too :)

In the madness of the city, amidst all the 'shor', several hearts beat, can you hear yours? I am sure we all try to, but the sounds are very faint, ambiguous and sometimes hazy. Its ironical how in this bustling craze of moving forward, of shifting to a metropolis from a backward set up or may be even abroad we fail to hear the 'beat' of our own heart while we are busy aimlessly following our mind. Sadly the era of mechanisation has transformed us just into technical machines with no time for emotions.Though surrounded by a huge crowd we still happen to stand alone.Isn't it?
Well I don't know how many of us have really thought about this ever, but it somehow just struck me suddenly while I had my headphones up, listening to a beautiful number. It hadn't flashed my mind till then and wouldn't have either if I hadn't paused the track, pressed rewind to hear it once again.
It might appear funny to some of you reading the post or may be absurd that, 'Really?,does someone has the effing time in this busy world to stop and think about such minor things?'. But to me these little things really make sense, that of all these 'wasteful' hours, yes pardon me when I say that, these 'wasteful' hours that we spend doing nothing could instead be spent 'introspecting' which really is the need of the hour. Trust me when I say that, its important! We spend all our time either working or 'building' relationships so as to say which don't even have a sense of permanency forget about some 'use' in our life. It's not that socializing is not important but if that is important then staying in 'touch' with yourself while you maintain a connect with the world is absolutely essential and shouldn't at all be neglected.Don't you think that investing more in yourself rather than others would be a great option? It will not only take you a step closer to connect with your 'dreams' but to know them better or rather to know yourself better, which is even more important than realizing your dreams.I know it sounds a little philosophical but it results in PURE HEALING!(p.s I know 'capitals' amount to shouting but then this was deliberate ;) I guess) Just invest in yourself and then let things fall in there place,go with the flow, laugh at the confusions, make mistakes so as to never repeat them again and move on.
And remember that this world is a nasty place to be in,its people would not only pull you down but even drag you on your knees until you fall, its just for you to make sure that you grab the opportunities, that you fight back, get up without letting this happen to you and realize that 'you',are definitely better than that :)
In all this 'shor',stop to hear your heart 'beat',make sure you 'listen' to what it says because sometimes you need no one else but just your 'self' to hear what you desire, more aptly to distinguish between what you 'want' and what you 'need'. The day this thin line will appear vividly to your eyes this nasty world with all this 'shor' will be a better place to live in :)
#Introspect #Reflect #Seekindivuality #Dreamon :)
Sometimes things just don't seem right, nothing seems to work out, every plan every dream seems unattainable. All of us have seen such a phase in life. Haven't we? If you haven't then you can probably count yourself among the 'lucky' one's who are yet untouched from the pathos of life (: Well, fortunately or unfortunately I've been susceptible to it. 'Fortunate' because I've got such immense learning's that make me a better and a stronger person today and 'Unfortunate' because no one likes to loose, to let go of there dream or to suffer from hard times. It isn't a pleasant feeling. And so we often avoid situations that put us in a conundrum, leading us to paths with unknown destinations or more aptly unattainable destinations. But 'dreams' come to those who 'dare to dream'. 'Sky is the limit' is often an overused 'quote', but what does that actually relate to? I perceive it (sky) as not something which is far from my reach, but something that I will be able to reach someday for sure because if it is 'defined' as the limit, then probably someone would have witnessed it, so even I can. I know it might sound totally dichotomous and overtaxing to some of you, but I guess we are 'socialized' to be this way from the very childhood. At least every kid belonging to a 'Punjabi' household would know exactly what I mean ;) "Beta IAS ki tyaari shuru kr de" "Beta IIT ki coaching 12th se hi shuru kr dena tabhi PEC me milega kahin admission" and "Agar Mr.Gupta ke bete ne kar liya toh tu bhe kar hi lega" I am sure this verbatim is not unfamiliar to many of us. We are brought up in a such a manner that we seek what we are told to, so what I perceived from the above quote wasn't overtaxing myself, but 'this' surely was! Things are only not done, made, created, build or attained because 'we' haven't worked bad enough for it and not because they couldn't really be figured out. There is a principle upon which we 'humans' work, which psychologists attribute to as the 'pleasure principle', which means that we are just driven towards pleasure and avoid pain. No one wants pain, but as it is rightly said but often 'unheard' that there is no gain without any pain. Not that it is important to drench yourself in pain so as to attain what you want to, but that in this era of such growing competition one can't expect an easy prey. One really can't. Everybody want's it bad today, its just about the fact that if you want it 'bad-er' ;) I was once sitting in a conference hearing to a lecture by a resource person in a 'B-school' (feeling a little out of place since I wasn't used to such a professional atmosphere but still trying to fit in) where strikingly he told a very hard hitting story of a guy who desired to go to 'IIM Ahmedabad' someday and took coaching from him for the same. One day came and he entered IIM, he found himself the happiest person on the planet that day. Alas, those golden years passed away and he attained his degree from 'IIM', came placements and he found a very weird thing that he narrated to his 'sir' while he returned, over a cup of coffee. He told him, "sir see I am finally an "IIM Ahmedabad-ian' (so to say) and his sir said 'yes I know and I am very happy about it'. But he said 'no sir you are not getting it I am 'just' an "IIM Ahmedabad-ian". So his sir replied,"Yeah, I understand but I dint really get you?". So he answered,"sir something very weird happened today, while I was sitting at placements I was so excited that finally I had attained the degree that I longed for,but guess what when I went in I realized 100 other people were the same and I was no different, there was 'then' nothing special about me, I just felt as a clone of those 100 and nothing else, I had nothing more to me but just that 'degree'. And his sir was dumbstruck, he just had nothing to say to him. Well I was very moved from this incident,I am sure it strikes a bell in your head too, because all of us spend our life's doing what everybody does, getting those so called 'affiliations' that help us earn good bucks, not realizing what we've missed upon. To unfold your own potential. Yes. And the day you are able to do this, to find your passion, to unfold your zeal it is then that those 'skies' will not be far :) So #Believe #Envisage #Create
Brimming on the verge of success when the sun seems to just rise and within no time you find it setting, then what? This sight just seems beautiful but it isn't that pretty a place to be in. I am sure those of you who've seen your dream that close and then seen it slip away exactly know what am I talking about! Everybody at one point of life does see their dream break but what next is the question? It all depends on the way you take things, the way you think and the way you feel about it. There's always two set of people, the first who see there dream break and themselves shatter along it and the second who see the pieces fall and make sure they collect it the next time to complete the picture :) Be the latter and see how it feels. I am a firm believer of holding 'passion' for what I have faith in even if no one else does, even if its not fit to be a part of what they call 'conventional' and even if it is some kind of 'cult' as they put and think you're trying to be a part of. It doesn't matter, trust me it doesn't. Break the boundaries and let yourself free to fly where you think your horizons will be,and that will be a beautiful place to be in. The sense of contentment that you'll experience in reaching that horizon will be one of a kind. In this era of 'money making' we forget to live for what we believe in, because may be it wont reap us enough bucks to flaunt about. But I am sure it will reap those many that you can live happily with. The saying just fits perfectly where they say 'never be contended but always be satisfied'. And satisfaction can only be achieved by following what you feel strongly about, it need not necessarily be unconventional but a convention you feel for and rely upon. I often fail to understand what is 'unconventional'? We have a tendency to make definitions based on generalizations that are applicable to the 'majority' and then labeling it as conventional forgetting the 'majority is always of fools'. I do not intend to offend any of those earning huge bucks following what they were told to without thinking what they wanted to follow but its just that I have a bend towards the other slot. So just go for something you truly believe in and the brim overflowing won't matter, and the rising sun will appear as beautiful as the one setting down. :)
Please buffer the link, and then read the post :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USH3F4JjkBs We often stereotype ourselves to conventions and restrict ourselves to the expected. For once let's forget the rules and break the boundaries of thought and think of the unconventional. Though half of us do 'think' of the unconventional but yet daunt making it a reality. Family expectations? Societal inhibitions? Peer pressure? Status symbols? What about your own self? I am sure we don't think of about 'ourselves' often, of what we want from life,of what we want to be, of what we 'could have' dreamt of. Freud said, "Dreams are the royal road to the unconscious" i.e. that part of the mind which is untouched and unexplored. But how can we in this era of curiosity to do everything unasked for,let something be unexplored isn't it ;) So we have started moulding our dreams too and forgotten that some things are better left unplanned. As it is who get's what one has planned? Hardly any or rather none. Life has something else in store for us and we never know if it turns out to be for the better. We like 'like minded' people isn't it? They are comfortable to talk to, hang around with and even understand. However, we forget that in this hoard of settling for the obvious we have just started creating 'clones' and nothing else. There's something very beautiful that a lady said to me few days ago that 'Difference's are to be celebrated' :) and that made all the difference. All that I am trying to say is to respect not only your own dream but the dreams of others and make it happen. That feeling of letting someone reach their dream a little easy is unmatchable :) It not only gives immense joy but immense satisfaction. Most of the gen X (while we belong to 'gen Y') want us to dream what they dreamed of and if they couldn't reach there for some reason then to push us to do the same. Why? Isn't there something called 'individual differences', am sure there is though many are oblivious of it. So just stop, pause and now think are you on the right path? Is this what you always wanted to do? If not then its never too late to begin, start now. It's not about being what others want you to be it's all about creating the one that 'you' always wanted to be :) #Sojustdon'tgiveup #Don'tbreakdown #Soonerthanitseemslifeturnsaround :)
Dreams are made of things that exist in 'reality', that's a less noticed but yet a striking fact. We often fear dreaming. Don't we? Why do we set limits while dreaming? What do we fear of? In this era of 'adulteration' our dreams too have adulterated ;) No,actually its our fear which is bigger than our dreams and that overpowers our feeling of turning our dreams to reality. We aren't really 'passionate' about our dreams or even if we are we have so many apprehensions that we let them 'just' be dreams. I feel sorry about those who limit there dreams to fiction and don't turn them to factuality, I really do.
'Passion', what a strong word. We all love calling ourselves 'passionate', but in the true sense how many of us really are passionate about something? Are we? I guess hardly any. We all love making excuses about every single thing we push ourselves into but who are we really fooling? Just ourselves, trust me when I say that. It's not about being busy with 'other' things which seem important and that hinders you from reaching your dream, it's just that you aren't really willing to do anything. You just want to lay back in your bed with a cup of coffee in your hands and acting as an agony aunt to your friends' oh-so-serious relationship problems and then be willing to have all that 'fame' as if everything were a cake walk. Life's not as easy as it seems. Why is that a biography of Milkha Singh just inspires us for three hours and then looses it's impact once we are out of the theatre? What do you take back from those three hours, probably nothing. Today we are reluctant to learn, and that is where we lack. It's not that I am perfect and you aren't but when I say 'we' then I mean all of us. There's a lot of self reflection while you write you see :P But on a serious note we all are just running in the mad race knowing not where to reach and that is pretty sad. That is why we are even after 66 years of independence still a 'developing'and not a 'developed' country. It's so easy to point fingers forgetting that 'four' of them point at your own self. It's high time we wake up not so that we don't dream any more but so that we can turn our dreams to 'reality'. And I am sure a day will come when this thin line of 'dreams' and 'reality' will collide and we will enter a new world. My dream is that I can breathe in such a world :) what's yours?
"The more you sweat while you plan the less you bleed while you fight..." A very inspirational quote that I read some where, which makes me go all the way long to reach my dreams. But just a random thought that ran my mind while I read it once again, can everything be planned? Are dreams planned? Can you deliberate while you dream? This thought was not only contradictory to what the above statement had to offer but instead it led me wondering, that how come we if can't even predict that we will achieve something or not and still run behind it day in day out? Silly. Some things are not in our hands and so are dreams. You can't really control your dreams and go like 'Today I ll dream of my Prince charming fleeting on his white horse taking me far away' :P. But, I done think it's important to plan everything either , sometimes you should know how to live in chaos, let things happen the way they are happening, let your life sway the way its swaying and then let it take you where it wants. Dreams are one of that sort, they change day in and out, they make you believe that life still has something good to offer, that there still is an unlocked door waiting for you to open and that there still is hope in the world. Few days ago I just happened to attend a lecture of a resource person from a 'B-school' and she instilled a new thought in me, a little exercise that she made me do and I would like to share the same with you. Believe me the magic would happen. Take a deep breadth, switch off your mobile, turn off the Pc, move away from the Tv screen and relax. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in 2020...Where do you see yourself? What sort of a setting is it? Every detail that you can see? Try hard and figure it out? What do you see? Is the picture vivid/hazy/not even there? (P.S I ll love to hear what you saw) Whether you can see them or not or the picture still is hazy, wait till it unfolds.Wait, and the picture will come, if not today then maybe some other time but don't give up. Don't Give Up on your dreams nor on yourself. Believe and it will happen... #Hope #DreamLove #Cantloose
I know it took a little too long to be back :P, and I would love to share where was I, why din't I turn up for so long, what made me do so and all of that, but before which I would like to ask you guys a question....Is the race still on? Are you still dreaming? Or have you lost your dream somewhere, probably hiding it in your heart?
I hope not :), but if you certainly have then its time to open up.....
All this while that I was away, I was lost in my dreams :), mind you lost 'in' my dreams and not 'lost' a dream...These 45 days were something different, they were magical and now I am a changed person, a little more wiser,a little more conscious and a little more closer to my dream....
This 'long' while that it took me to come back and write to you made me introspect, it made me think and I'v evolved as a person....
I already told you how different has it been but then I chose to be different and that made all the difference. The only line that comes to my mind right now after writing this is one from Robert Frost's epic poetry 'two roads diverged in the woods, and I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference'. :)
The only thing I want to convey is that, walk the path of your dreams however unconventional may it be, because at the end the path 'you' took will make all the difference. Which brings me to the 'oh-so-absurd' title of the post...Have you ever tried getting lost in your dreams? If you have, then I am sure you know the feeling I am talking about, and if you haven't then I am sad you're missing out on something amazing.
Hello, folks, I hope everybody had a pretty amazing weekend, well I did ;) Me+Sleep+Rains= Perfect Well sadly Monday is here :P, and I had to get back to work, same old routine, bored but until something caught my eye.... I was there in an institute for special kids, observing what all can be done with them and how far can they do things rightly. Just while doing so, a little kid came and she was mentally handicapped, and I was observing her, lost in her own sweet world, she knew nothing of what was going around, engrossed in her own self, with pure innocence playing with her hands looking at everything dazzled by its beauty, laughing all the way which made me think of how beautifully can one live irrespective of how they are, in what position they are, and what there future would be. We, occupied beings are so bothered of how we look, how we talk, what dress is the girl besides us wearing, are we looking up to the mark, how would my future shape up? Isn't it? We all do, but then when I look upon these special kids, I feel so awestruck by the passion they carry, by the will they have, by the wit that keeps them going, by the dreams they live with, that mean everything to them so much that whatever people say they try to achieve what they think is right :) even though it might not be. And that's something we all must learn, we must learn to be driven by the same determination, to strive for what we think we are capable of, to dream irrespective of it being reachable or not, to stand up for what you believe. I feel so sad for myself, sad, because I missed out on such a huge part of my life running behind things that I don't even know would lead me anywhere or not, of what people would say when I would tell them I dream of this, I really do. But as they say its never too late to learn, so I ll make sure I dream, and let them fly without thinking of where they would lead to, I guess then life would be a better place to live in. Remember: When Life Seems Black and White Make sure You dream Of Colors :)
Talk to them and look back if you have missed out on some life ;)
Hello Folks Friday it is, the most awaited day of the week :P (at least for me) So what cool plans do you guys have, I am sure they would be much cooler then mine though :/ (Long story :P) #Tellmeabouit ;) (I would love to know it :D) Anyways, coming back to what its meant to be...
It appears hazy isn't it and Often we think, should I even dream of this? Will this be achievable? Isn't it too much to think of? But my question is why?
Why do we always need a measuring scale or a parameter for everything trying to restrict it by not trying to push are limits? Are we just being lazy or maybe just bound to do so? I don't think anyone can bound you until you bound your own self, the former being the major reason I guess more than that then we are just being stupid. Yes, pardon me for using that word, but really stupid. When we don't think before putting on 40 extra kilos, or eating 4 more chocolates even though we are diabetic, or maybe getting slaushed at a party for no reason and then bearing the brunt of it the next morning, or buying fifty more things at the 'oh-so-funky' new mall unnecessarily just because they are 'in' these days, and I can go on and on but then what I mean is when we don't think while doing any of these then why do we think so much before dreaming? Why do we set a bar at ourselves when it comes to dreams, how come laziness comes in all the while. I think with all this said, I would like you to scroll up and read the title again, it will sense.
I hope everybody is geared up all set to fly sky high after watching the last video, at least when ever I need a boost it is enough to pump me up...
We've been talking a lot about dreams from past few days, why to dream, how to dream and finally How I Dream, but is that enough? Does that mean you guys reading this long philosophical saga would have started dreaming? I am sure not, I doubt even if it made 'any' little sense to you :P but it's okay to feel like that, it is okay to not feel connected by what I mean to say and what I think.
Do you know why I particularly chose dreams for blogging and not anything else? The only reason I did this was that this is the only thing I feel that brings us all on the same page, this is the only thing that keeps us all united, there are no names to our dreams, there are no limitations either, no directions, no specifications and the best thing is people don't judge you when you say last night I dreamt of this, isn't it? So I feel it's the best thing to talk about and why not? It gives a sense of direction, an aim, a hope, a vision, a goal for which we can strive, that can help us push our limits, that can help make us realize what we are capable of, to make us do what we never thought of doing...
They are the best things that can happen to one, we dream and we should always do but as it's said anything in no limit is always destructive. Dream...dream big....but only till you think it doesn't disrupt your reality. It is good to dream but great to keep it in line with reality only then is it that your dreams won't always be fantasies and it is only then that you would dare and dream again...
Think about it...I hope to hear a lot about how dreams mean to you this time, because it's not just you but even me who's learning and I definitely think that I can push my limits by knowing your's :)

Remember: Dreams are not what you see while you sleep, dreams are the ones that don't let you sleep :)
Hello amazing people...though it hasn't been long since I'v started writing but still I can't resist myself from posting a new post every single day, may be those 100 page views keep me going! :)
I promised you to return with a story of a girl who dared to dream and then there was no looking back, so here it goes...
This story is of a 16 year old Punjabi girl, who lived in a small city, surrounded by a wonderful family and an amazing bunch of friends, there was nothing that could make her sad, and she was always high on spirits. Always confident that is she is on the right path, surrounded by the best people and it's gotta be the good life ;)... The only little problem was that she was fat or rather 'chubby' as Punjabi's say ;), but that never seemed to bother her, only until, people made her realize...
She never paid attention to what people had to say of her ,with over a hundred kilos she managed to stand firm and tall. But as they say, people can't see someone happy until they themselves are so...Suddenly everything changed for her, the 'good-old' friends turned to the bad new enemies, bullying her all the while not making her feel good, she seemed to loose support from the family too.People said anything and everything they should not have and she kept listening, I guess that was the only option. A day came when she decided she will prove everybody wrong and she will change, of course for the better...Time passed and she gave everything that it took to reach where she wanted to,not because she had to prove it to someone else but rather to herself, she had tough times, where everything seemed gloomy, where her body started to give up, where no one seemed to have supported her, where there was no guidance, where there was not a single ray of hope, where months passed and she din't happen to loose an inch...
But, they say 'when the going get's tough the tough get going', and that is what happened, right two and a half years down the line this 'chubby teen' turned to a beautiful 'smart girl', without a trainer and no jazzy dietitians she managed to loose sixty kilos of herself. Things changed again but now for the better, people who seemed to have bully her all the while started recognizing her, everybody wanted to see her, talk to her, praise her and there was no looking back...
This story was of a girl who dreamt and made it large, she knew she had too and so she did....

#They too had a dream have a look, every time I see it, it seems to give me goosebumps ....
Hello Amazing people, I hope everybody finds this post in high spirits :) and has set a through to dream and dream 'big'. Thank you for viewing the last post, I am so glad you connected... I left you on a note thinking of what dreams mean to you, though you haven't shared many, I hope you have thought about it :)...
They say 'I wish' is better than 'I will' but I guess the latter makes more sense to me, and that is what is important. You can never be certain of what is meant to be but then you can always try. I asked you if dreams are an unsaid reality or an incomplete truth? Well the mantra for me is really simple, there's not much of a difference for me when it comes to dreams and reality I always feel they get along very well and can easily collide, though I know it may mean differently for some people. But that is what I have witnessed and that is what I truly believe in. If you really 'want', then you really 'can'. Many of us many a times when get acquainted with the darker phase of life stop themselves from dreaming, but does that solve the problem? Does that make the darker phase a little lighter? It doesn't rather makes it more darker and then you spend rest of the while trying to find yourself in that deep dark mist often been unable to do so.'Dreams' set a path for you, they are the strings of a kite that when left afloat drift in a direction which is always unknown, but to which you still try and give a direction. Dreams are often thought of as 'something big' but dreams can be anything, from owning a Ferrari to scoring the best this semester. Have you started dreaming? If not then what are you waiting for?.... Stay tuned to the next post where a story awaits you, a story of a girl who dared to dream and then there was no looking back.... P.S I love the initiative that keeps people going....and would love to know your side of the story...
Dreams, what do they mean to you? Are they an incomplete fantasy or an unsaid truth? This is for you to think on... We all dream, and we dream big, don't we? And what's the harm with it? One should always dream and dream big until it collides with reality... I am ,no famous personality, no jazzy professional, no different dreamer, but just a normal girl who just like you all has certain dreams some big and some small some achievable and some not. But does that stop me from dreaming? It doesn't, rather it gives me much more potential to sleep every night dreaming about something new and waking up the next morning setting it a through... It will not be great to dream with me until I dream with you :)... I am sure each one of you reading this has a dream deep inside waiting to just set free and become a reality but before we set a step forward to make it a reality we must know what we are aiming at, what we aspire to be, what we dream of... I would love to know of what you guys dream and further tell you of what dreams mean to me.... #DreamLove
